Mario was on time and did the work that wasn't done properly by a handyman.

Mario showed up on time and fixed leaking toilets floor seals. The only issue was he didn't have all the parts which meant two trips to the plumbing supply store. Was professional and really likes his line of work.

During the mid month of august of 2012 our family was making preperations for a new comer to our family. My wife and I were going to be grandparents for the secound time with our daughter was having our grand child a few month's down the road.
The day prior to the baby showery my wife and I noticed water coming from under the dishwasher. We both thought the dishwasher was leaking. We could not find what the problem was and used Angie's list to make several calls.
The first two calls did not favor what we needed which was a emergency service at the straight rate of pay since it was during working hours. I spoke with Mario the owner and operator of Mario's plumbing. I went on to explain the problem and Mario suggested a few things to try and they did not work. I explained our issue with the baby shower the next day and family coming in from out of town. We could not have friends and family come to our home with the issue on our hands. Mario came over and looked at the crawl space and under the sink and determined what the problem was. Our home is 60 years old and the cast iron drain had failed and was in need of repair.
Mario informed us on what he was going to do and worked for 8 hours and made the bill for the temp repairs. I told Mario I was short on paying him and was very honest on coming back for the balance. It was at this point I knew I was working with a man of his word. Sometimes it's hard to find someone like him, I do not know this man except for the first time he came over to our home. After making my payment in full we both decided to wait on the final repairs. I went forward to get 3 estimates for the final repairs of which one was over $4000 and the second around $1200. Mario's estimate was under $2000 and I decided he would get the job for the final repairs. He came back to our home on the date we both agreed to for the final repairs. He cleaned up after himself and took all the old material away. Thanks Mario for your service and look forward to you coming back to our home for some other issues for your team to fix.

They integrated the battery sump with the power line sump. Works fine. I have used Mario's plumbing often over the years - he is my go-to man for all my plumbing jobs. Before I found Mario, I dreaded calling yellow-page plumbers who charged gold-plated prices. I never felt that way with Mario - very reasonable charges.

He is a pleasure to deal with! He is very thorough, upfront with his pricing, and his apprentices are wonderful, as well.
