We don’t rush through your inspection to get to the next one like some of our competitors will. We are an independent licensed home inspection provider, which means you can guarantee a 100% honest and thorough inspection. We have you, the buyer's, best interests at hand and you can count on us to not over look items or include confusing language to “sugar coat” even the most petty findings. As a buyer you should be prepared and understand that every inspection performed will have deficiencies found, and no house will be perfect. But it is our duty as home inspectors to make you aware of ALL of the findings. We will categorize the deficiencies found but will let you decide what is your biggest concern. We have several companies that can provide radon or mold testing if necessary, both of which we use and trust. We offer home inspection services 7 days a week by appointment only. Please have a look in the photo gallery for sample screen shots of portions of our reports. We accept cash, Chase Quickpay, PayPal, credit cards (2.75% service charge) and personal checks, payment is due at the time of the inspection. I also provide real estate sales services and am associated with Real 1 Realty. With this service I can provide a home evaluation to your listing at no charge to you, please inquire in regards to these services.

"[Member Name Removed], I thank you for posting your review and want to review these issues as I have already attempted to several times and offered you a refund on the cost of the lamp over the sink. Unfortunately you have refused to provide a receipt in which a refund can not be provided until a receipt is provided. There are also several points of your statement that I would like to address. 1. Communication stopped and I explained to you that once you have legal representation that all further communication is to be done through your attorney. It is for your protection along with mine. 2. I provided you with the standards of practice for the home inspection PRIOR to the inspection and you did sign off stating that you have read the document and agreed to the terms. 3. In the standards of practice it clearly states that cosmetic and material defects are not part of the home inspection. This means that major issues are highlighted, for example these are some of the issues that were brought to your attention on your unit. 1. Furnace not properly working 2. Incorrect pitch of the drain in the kitchen that lead back into the garbage disposal 3. Broken lock of the sliding glass door which prevented proper security 4. The window of the bedroom that was not functional I will make an effort in the future to make sure future clients clearly understand what is and what is not covered."
