Lion changed its name to GreenZone Landscaping and seems to have been in a tailspin ever since. We have been a customer for at least 6 years and previously recommended them based on excellent service and attentiveness. Yet, since their name change, service seems to have consistently deteriorated on a year-over-year basis with Lion/GreenZone becoming less communicative and harder to reach - which strikes us as odd in a customer service business!

I was using for a few years and it seems there performance has slowly declined. Clean ups were not complete. Edging was not being performed and they were leaving bald spots in the lawn from the mowers blades and wheels. They kept raising prices and decided it was time for a change.

Our in-laws recommended them, and we have been very happy with the work that they do. It is so nice to come home from work and see that the lawn was perfectly cut, and the yard all cleaned up. We paid $26 per week for the 2011 season (April to November).

You get what you pay for! They started out good with weekly lawn cutting and trimming. It progressed to cutting the lawn too short all the way down to the soil in many places. I reported the problem and it was never resolved. Sorry, but I would not hire them again.

They also do my gutters in the fall and they trim my bushes. Last year they weeded in my garden. They do a fabulous job. I've been using them for 3 years and they always come on time. They are professional and polite.

I am very satisfied with the job that Lions does. They are very good about cleaning up, and always put the lawn furniture back where it belongs when they are done. I think that they are easy to schedule service with, and I would recommend them to others.
