His prices are fair. He does a very nice job. He is reasonable and if you have any questions he will tell you the answer.

After a recommendation from our landscape architect Joe gave us a reasonable estimate and began the extensive work, landscaping, lighting and hard scaping in the spring of 2006. It was completed in the fall of that year. The plantings immediately died. According to the contract, he would guarantee the plants for 1 year. We called him several times for him to replace the dead plantings. Many occasions he promised he would be there in 2 weeks. This went over the course of a year. He never showed up.
