Right from the first experience Robert was proactive and punctual to attend the site, discuss the work and provide us an estimate. He and his carpenters completed the work in an extremely neat and high quality way. Our home has many historic features that Robert was very sensitive to matching and incorporating into the exterior aesthetic. Their work is of impressive quality, great value, and Robert is a great guy to deal with. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Robert was friendly, personable and come in a full $1,000 under the nearest bid for the job. We have provided architectural plans for all to bid on which were detailed in every way.
The work started and then the issues crept up. I was told the bid didn't cover some things which was news to me. I assumed the bid covered everything on the plans. The architect got involved and helped a great deal but in the end, I got a very well-framed deck which will stand for a long time and it is pretty close to what was specified. He didn't do things like reverse the door swing, install electrical outlets and properly trim the deck.
If you use this organization, just be very, very, very careful and clear as to what you expect. Write things down and get him to agree in writing. Do not assume anything.
In the end, I should have picked the next bidder as the additional costs I got stuck with ($1000) totally negated the price advantage I thought I had. Plus now I have other costs to deal with.
