I bought a new Christmas tree this year for the basement. I found the absolute perfect one on sale. I bought ornaments and gifts there as well. I often buy ready made frames they have and they are very high quality. If you need to return something they do their best to make it easy for you. They're closed on Sundays, it's company policy that everyone needs a day of rest and I really admire that. They even make their corporate staff available to speak to you. They are very welcoming and don't hide their executives.

I got it home and found that it was the wrong size. I had written a check. Their policy is not to take returns on items paid with checks after 10 days. I returned to the store after the 10 days to see if I could return it and they said I couldn't because of their policy. I contacted someone at the corperate office to see if anything can be done for my situation. He said that the system that they had in place doesn't allow them to do it, but the cashier can override it and process the transaction. He offered to send me the difference. He was very nice. It was nice that upper management at corperate was responsible.

I have two old large framed pictures, one a watercolor, the other a tinted photo. Due to their age (30-40 years old), the mats had become too discolored and nasty looking to continue displaying the pictures. I took them both to Hobby Lobby, anticipating an estimate of about $100 apiece to re-mat and put new backing paper and hangers. I was assisted in selecting appropriate colors and shape of the mats. The suggested colored double mats were a big improvement over the original single cream colored mats. I was delighted with the personal attention provided, and flabbergasted to find out the the entire cost would be under $50 and that they would be ready within two weeks. I will definitely turn to Hobby Lobby for future framing and matting.
