His estimate for the bathrooms was the lowest of 4 or 5 and he finished very close to the estimate (I made a few changes as we went along and I picked out high end products). He and his helper were perfectionists. The bathroom project took about 10 weeks (I live in a highrise building which affects the hours worked and it takes time going in an out). Each night before they left, the cleamed up so I could prepare food if I wanted and could be comfortable in the living room. There was so much equipment and product around, but they always left the place livable each evening. And, on weekends, they cleaned up and put more stuff away. Yes, the place was a mess, but it wasn't impossible to put up with because they were as orderly as possible.
Both Frank and his subcontractors and his regular helper were always friendly, helpful and courteous. I liked them so much that after they did both bathrooms, I had them back about 8 months later to paint and do a lot of other work.
Frank and his workers are not fast workers, but they are perfectionists who do an excellent job.
