Guys did a nice job. A clean install and at a good price. I've use these guys now 3 times and always walked away feeling like they did a good job and was given good value for the $.

To get an A grading, they could have been on time and they didn't do what I wanted them to do initially and so, they should listen to the customer. I won't be using them again. I have used them two or three times. The owner was here twice and they did a good job with him. But the third time, they had other individuals come and they did okay work and not the best. The price was average.

Work eventually turned out to be fine, but only after they failed to properly seal a pipe and I discovered it leaking in my ceiling and onto my floor. I then cleaned up their mess and when they were done they stole my towels. The older gentleman spent a good portion of the time on a cigarette break and then disposed of his butt in my cardboard filled recycling bin. Again the finished work was fine, but based on the way that they handled the call, I would recommend using another company.

We recently contacted Intelligent Plumbing Services ? a company we?ve had success with in the past - when wastewater
from our washing machine began coming up through a basement floor drain.
The company responded promptly and sent out a plumber, Matt, the following day to investigate the problem. He offered up several possible reasons for the water backup, courses of action and the cost of each.
The following day, Jason and an assistant arrived in the morning to power clean the lines, since it appeared as though they had never been cleaned out before. After several hours of cleaning the lines, the backup remained. Jason told us he suspected a pipe beneath the basement floor was leaking or broken, and that he would have to remove part of the concrete floor to locate the problem. Again, he described the work involved, the estimated time needed to make the repair and the cost.
The following morning, Jason and his assistant opened the floor around the drain and immediately discovered a broken pipe. They replaced the pipe, closed the hole in the floor with new cement and installed new drain covers. They were very professional and did a great job from start to finish. We?ll definitely hire Intelligent Plumbing Service in the future.

It was the owner, Darren, and he and his co-workers stuck a camera down there and they looked at what's going on and they cleaned it out basically. I've always had good experience with them. I've used them before too. It's almost like a remote service now.

I was really impressed they followed up in the Spring. I like their integrity, and their price compared to others. Their work ethic was excellent. I would recommend them to anybody.

Flush Sewer Service came highly recommended to me by a neighbor, so I called them when I needed some preventive maintenance performed (which hadn't been done in many years) on the sewer beneath my bungalow in Chicago. The overall experience was top notch. Darron Reed and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, located the catch basin behind the house and provided a fair estimate of $225 for cleaning out the mountains of gunk in the bottom of the basin, rodding the main sewer connection out to the street, and rodding the sink inlet to the catch basin. It was a little over an hour of work. They did NOT try to talk me into using the sewer camera, which would have added to the cost. At no charge, they removed a broken sillcock from a one of my home's hose spigots (something I had tried to do unsuccessfully several times over the past 3 years). I would certainly recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.
