Frank could not have been more pleasant, knowledgeable or thorough. His expertise throughout the entire (often stressful) process was second to none, and we were so lucky that he was our advocate. I often commented how it hard it was for me to believe that Frank had other clients--he was so always available and responsive to our needs and questions at any hour of the day. He guided us through our search and landed us in our perfect starter home and we quickly began renovations. At one point when we had a question while demolishing our kitchen, Frank even came over on a Friday night to look closer at the issue and help us answer the question since his scope of knowledge goes far beyond just real estate.
