My wife had both started new jobs (within last 12 months) and both had 401k funds, we have two children (under 3 years old) and needed to start saving for future college tuition. We also had some money we were looking to put into some kind of investment, and wanted ideas/options.
We met at John's office where he laid out and explained all the options we had (and fees). I wouldn't say we're the easiest clients to deal with, but he was patient and answered our questions(there were quite a few). I liked his professional demeanor and have already recommend him to one other couple we know.
