It went well. They went on time. Reasonable and very well price service. I been using them for many years.

They were prompt, friendly and professional.

He gets A in everything. I've had him for a few years and he's excellent. I use him all the time. They're very punctual, very nice men, they're very friendly, he does a good job and knows exactly what he's doing, and that's what I like about him. He has another worker with him if he needs, and it's his son. I wouldn't have anybody but him. He comes in the Spring and he comes in the Fall; in the Spring to get me ready for Winter and for Summer every year. I've had him for several years now. All his experiences are the same; he gets an A for everything.

Something broke in my air conditioner, I don't know what it was, But he secured it. I have had him for a few years and he is excellent. I use them all the time. Very nice. Very friendly. He does a good job and knows exactly what they are doing. That is what I like about them. He has another worker with him, if he needs it. The other worker is his son. I would not have anyone but him.

Comfort Savers has been our HVAC company for 30 years. As always, Mike was prompt and helpful. We generally aren't home when he comes, but he lets himself in with a code, does the work, cleans up, and leaves a bill where I can easily find it.

just had it looked at , top of the line trane A/C. 13 yrs old. been adding parts and freon for last 4 yrs. was told this should of lasted at least 20 yrs by NEW A/C Co. Bought it new in 2000, from {comfort savers } leading us on over finding leak. now says we need a new one. called in REAL A/C company, found out the truth. never again with that place. { BEWARE }

I like the person working there, I think he's very honest and doing what's necessary. I think their prices are quite good.

My original Heating and Air company (All Temp) came out for regular maintenance and the technician told me I had a cracked heat exchange and therefore had to buy a new furnace and he wouldn't change my filter or humidifier pads. Since I had a home warranty with AHS I called them, and they sent Sears. Sears came out a few days later and also said there was a crack but after a week and 1/2 I still had no furnace or plan for one. AHS sent another company (Core Heating). The technician didn't see any crack but listed a very high charge to replace the furnace, additional money that the warranty didn't cover. I became very suspicious, so I joined Angie's List to see if the company had any rating. Unfortunately my suspicions were confirmed. Other people warned of this same behavior from this company so I immediately called to cancel any further service and looked to start fresh. Comfort Savers came very highly recommended from a close friend so I called right away. My call was returned within the hour and once I explained what had happened, I was asked important and relevant questions. Once it was determined that it wasn't an emergency, a visit was scheduled for a few days later. He came on time and performed the most thorough service. He took the time to vacuum and wash the furnace and filters, something I don't remember anyone doing before. I asked about the crack in the heat exchange and he confirmed that no crack existed and explained in detail what would happen if there was. The cost was more than I have paid in the past, but obviously much cheaper than a new furnace!! He was so honest, and the quality of service was by far the best I have ever had in nearly 11 years of ownership.

I had the furnace checked for the heating season. Mike, the owner, arrived at the appointed time, checked and cleaned the furnace.

The work went well and it was the same service technician who had been to our home in the past. It was quite hot and we were going into a weekend with visitors coming to our home. They were able to fit us in within a few hours and take care of getting our system up and running again. These guys continue to provide us excellent and fact service. I'm just always surprised with the high cost of charging the A/C when it is so much less expensive when doing the same with a car. We will certainly call them back out when we need service to our heating/cooling system.

They were much lower in terms of their pricing than the other companies from whom we had received estimates.

We were very pleased with their work. Their prices were excellent.

I have used them for over 20 years. They have installed both furnaces and a/c units and they also provide maintenance services. Anytime I have a problem, holidays included, they were able to come out. They are great company and I will continue to use them in the future.
