They are very dishonest. Many of the items that were marked for sale in mom's house during the sale were gone after the sale yet weren't included on their sale itemization. We found that interesting because they were able to bill my mom for all of their overhead expenses because we didn't sell over $1,000. My mom sold $970. We can only think that those items that were missing after the sale were sold and they didn't keep them on the sales itemization in order to TAKE more from my mom. The prices were marked sky-high! Some high priced items were missing from the sale and were never found them. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company or their related companies. Do not use this company for your estate sales either. You are better off donating all of your items to a charity.
