Valerie met with us a couple of times to explain what services she would provide, did comps of the surrounding condos for sale and explained why she thought our condo should be marketed at the price point she recommended.  She was professional, helpful and followed up promptly with any questions we had.  The condo sold so fast that the planned printed brochures were never printed!  She continued to follow up after the contract was signed and in fact, gave us some information about the buyers which explained why the planned settlement date needed to be delayed.  She continued to follow up and since we had already moved out of state, she attended the closing in our absence.  She kept us up-to-date during the meeting.  She is highly recommended for anyone wishing to sell a condo in the Arlington Heights, IL area.
