We called Atheral, and co-owner Ralph Kullmann was very responsive and came to our house for an estimate in no time. He was helpful and answered all our questions, putting us as ease with his considerable experience and knowledge of the Pergo product. We have winder stairs which gave this install an added challenge, but stairs are Ralph's specialty. Plus he thought of extra trim issues we overlooked. His estimate was very fair. We booked the install. On installation day, Ralph arrived with his colleague on time. They did an excellent job and finished in one day. We were very satisfied. We highly recommend him and would use him again.

I was referred to Ralph by a friend of a friend who also had flooring installed. I called and left a recorded message and received a return call a short time later. I spoke with Theresa, who was very helpful and friendly, and then spoke to Ralph. He was very informative, answered all of my questions and explained how he would handle some of my concerns. I made an appointment for him to come out and look at the project a few weeks down the road. As it turned out, another job of his was delayed, and he called to say he could come out earlier, if I'd like. That worked out very well. Both he and Theresa came out to take a look at the project and gave us an estimate. We scheduled the work at that time. The day of the installation Ralph was running late (only by about a half hour), but called to let me know. He and his employee arrived and began the prep work right away. They both paid attention to detail and discussed how best to handle certain areas. Both worked at a great pace and the job was completed in two days. They were very skilled, cleaned up the site very well and my floor looks outstanding! They also install ceramic tile, and I plan to have them come back to do my kitchen backsplash!

Initial call for estimate was returned in about a day. Ralph came out a few days later and provided a free estimate. He was the only one of several installers who offered a free in home estimate, most wanted to just quote a price over the phone. He was there quite a while and provided a lot of good suggestions on material and options. After agreeing to use him, we were a little frustrated in the amount of time it took before he would commit a date to do the work. After nailing him down to a date, he started as promised and worked through Sat/Sun to complete the work. We were happy with the new laminate floor in FR. The stair work was just OK. They did not look as nice as we were hoping and slightly regret redoing the existing stairs. Cleaned up afterwards but the new floor was pretty dirty after all the work was done. We had to clean the entire floor ourselves afterwards. Also had to bug him to finish up some minor repairs on the last day. Price paid matched estimate.
