after 9 years the shingles started to fall apart he refused to answer our phone calls. we finally ran into him while out eating this year and then he told us that the company that made the shingles he used were in the process of a class action lawsuit for the quality of the shingles. he had known this the whole time and had never contacted us to tell us. after we called the company who made the shingles and got the paper work to fill out he had a portion he had to fill out and still has not done so after two months and refuses to answer phone calls. we had to go through another company to replace the shingles he put on. would not recommend his company to anybody

The roof continued to leak after the repair work was finished.  We called to report this.  The owner of the business refused to EVER return our phone calls.
