The guy was short and to the point once he found out I have flooring already in mind. and quot;We don't install other flooring. It has to be bought from us.and quot; So that how it went, if you don't buy your flooring from Tazewell Floor Covering, they have no interest in installing or even quoting a job.

The first floor was install by Kitchen and Bathroom Specialties + Plus, Joe Laverdiere owner, had to be removed due to poor quality workman ship (not cut and fit properly). TAZEWELL FLOOR COVERING did a quality job when they cut and fit the second floor..

The guys showed up on time. They installed backer board over the linoleum floor. They not only glued this down but also nailed it. They put the ceramic tile down and the final step was the grout. This job took 3 days and that is what they estimated. They were very professional and took pride in their work. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

Two Installers came out and used some left over flooring we saved from when they last came out a few years ago to put in oak flooring in most of the first floor. When we removed our masonry chimney from the center of the house, it left a large 5x8' gap between two rooms. They were able to seamlessly match the two sides together so it looks like it was done at the same time instead of years apart.
