After his quote on the job I expected to wait two weeks (for his other jobs to be completed), but he called a week later and said he was available the next day.  Communicated on the time of day he would arrive with the materials, and actually showed up at the exact time he said he would.  The gutter was installed within a few hours and then he started tearing off the old wall and prepping it for the next day's work.  I didn't have to be home for him to perform his work....important to me that there are trustworthy workers out there.  I came home from work the next day and the job was already completed.  Wall boards and battens straight, wood grain aligned (I didn't expect that), wood filler and caulk used where appropriate to seal out water (I didn't expect that).  I was so amazed at the workmanship, it literally took my breath away.  I would definately recommend him to do any home improvement work, and do intend to have him do more home repairs in the future!
