Paluska Plumbing Service

I found out after the fact while using another plumber that water heat was not installed to the manufacturer’s specs. The house also house low water pressure which could perhaps have been avoided by using larger diameter pipes. There are also several other items that need to be corrected.

After analyzing my requests, the technician left to buy parts from the local hardware store. He was unable to stop the leak in the bathroom sink even after reaming the faucet. Seven months later, one of the shutoff valves began leaking. I called for service but the call was never returned and I had to hire another plumber. The shutoff valve that Paluski had installed was flimsy in comparison to the one installed by the second plumber.

Came to get water tested to see what kind of water softener we needed. Also, the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking & I wanted them fixed. Charged $100.00 to fix the pipes & told me he would get back with me in three days to give me the estimate on the softener. After a month went by and I had called him & left messages several times I gave up & got a softener through Sears......which we love. Then after about 2 1/2 months went by the sink started leaking again. I called & left messages & once again got no response.

The job went reasonably well, but I feel the bill was excessive even under the circumstances. Afterwards the water temperature in the house was much colder than before. So I called Paluska and reported this to him, he made a few excuses and said he'd call and come by to adjust the thermostat. Two weeks went by and no call, so I called again and left a message, 4 weeks have gone by now with no response.
