Yordy Excavating has been our mainstay for the exterior and interior work on our project to build a large indoor riding arena.
With much consultation and ongoing alteration of plans, Mike Yordy has been a pleasure to work with over the last year. He is friendly and more than happy to explain his plans for the work.
Prices are not the lowest in the market but the quality of the completed work speaks for itself.
Yordy is wholly professional, prompt, tidy and very hardworking. He goes above and beyond the scope of work to make sure that the finished job is as it should be (or better).
He worked with me to install a lime base for my indoor horse-riding arena and it has turned out extremely well. I could not be more pleased with it.

Mike is a college educated man; he is intelligent, experienced, and has excellent communication skills. It was a pleasure to work with him, and we anticipate a long relationship as we develop our country property.
He knows what he is doing, and started with a survey of the land. Once he understood the topography of the land, he developed a plan and an estimate. His equipment is in good condition and his staff is experienced. The work began on time and proceeded on schedule. He did a good job and there were no surprises. Some parts of the project came in under budget!
