We had three block windows that were of a poor quality and poorly installed and were leaking. We purchased Pella replacement windows that matched the windows in the rest of the house and hired JJSteffen to remove the old windows and install the new ones. They did an excellent job, were very pleasant, neat, cleaned up after themselves. They kept me informed as to the progress of the job, how much they expected to complete in a day (we had some rain) and when they would finish. They were very professional and I was overall impressed. I would definitely hire them again.
