Crossroads Concrete, Inc

Called and asked them to come out and give me an estimate for some concrete work.  They said they would, but never showed up.

Provider was contacted, but it took a week to get a response back. A general time was setup for a driveway estimate, but no one came or called. Another 3-5 days passed before someone else was selected to complete the work.

We have been trying to get some other remodeling. When w were having the stairs fixed - this winter kind of was brutal on them. We are having some other concrete work done so we wondered if we should just wait and get it all done at the same time.

They've been really nice. They have called to check in with us to see if there's anything else we need. And we have just been trying to say that we are waiting to see what's best for everybody around. We haven't done any work with them but as far as quotes and things, they came out.

I think if we are going to do our stairs we are going to have them do it just because they came out, they gave us a really good, and they've been touching base with us to see where we are. Not hounding us but following up.

Crossroads successfully removed a botched-up job performed by another company, and installed a beautiful driveway, sidewalk and entry steps on a difficult, sloping lot. They worked closely with the Village of Peoria Heights engineer to install an ADA-compliant entry. Bob Salter and his crew were all very professional in their work. I will definitely be using them again.
