Bill was extremely confident and did an excellent job.

Bill was very responsive.  I had contacted him regarding a defective thermostat on a house we had just purchased.  Bill had installed the furnace, etc last year and the thermostat was still under warranty.  He came out the same day, took his shoes off when he entered our house and inspected and replaced the thermostat at no charge.  He also checked and replaced the air filter at no charge as well and he didn't have to do that.  Bill is very professional, cares about the quality of his work and the quality of parts he uses on the job.  I will definitely call him again if we needing of our heating or air unit.  I highly recommend him.

Bill first came to the house, we discussed my issues and he gave me options of how to resolve my issues.  He ordered the parts required and called me to set up a time to do the work.  All of the work was complete in a few short hours and his work area was clean when he was done.  Bill is very professional, does quality work at an affordable price!

One day install went flawlessly, works great too.

my heater exhaust pump went out on one of the coldest days this winter. Bill was referred by othercontractor that couldnt make to the job. Bill came, identied the problem, and explained the best option was to buy a oil filled space heater for the night, and he would pick up the replacement pump the next day. Bill came right on time, and my heater was estalled to aperfect running condition. Bill is extremly knowledgeable, and always think the best to his custom's interests.
