I had waited until the last minute to get a High-E furnace before the tax write-offs expired, but he was able and willing to accommodate me in a timely way. He was very thorough on his house visit and responsive whenever I went back to him for more information, new figures, etc. Plus he came back within 2 days after installation to change something I was not comfortable with. I felt I got much more personal and flexible service than I would have gotten from the larger companies I had requested estimates from.
