Tom is a basic painter. If you want fancy faux finishes or design advice he's not your guy. BUT, if you just need someone to do a good job for a good price, then he's your guy. He only uses Benjamin Moore products and has good opinions on what finishes to use based on your wall types/conditions. He starts each room with a test patch of color making sure you agree with the tone (he can lighten if necessary) before he gets too far along. Tom's been painting for over 20 years and is pleasant to work with. He starts at about 8:00 and finishes his day by 3:30. He was at my home for 2 days. He is a busy painter but was able to slot my "little" job in between two larger jobs.
Description of Work: Tom painted two coats of paint in a child's room (10'x10') with 9 foot ceilings and plaster walls; two closets (one 4'x4' and the other 2'x5') again plaster, painted white; and one 18'x24' basement family room with multiple ceiling heights (mostly 9'), odd angles, inset window ledges, etc. He also channeled into the drywall and buried some speaker wires. He covered with spackle and painted. You'd never know there was buried wire.
