"Thank you for the very nice report. It's been a pleasure working for you. You and your husband were very nice to work for and it was very easy to communicate with you both. Thanks again!"
"Member, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but we like to get all the information from our customers so we can provide the best estimate as possible. On orginal date of our estimate Rich came out to look at your work with you husband. Rich asked him in which kind of doors he had in mind. He did not know what he wanted at that time and gave him his business card. Rich came back on a second time to drop off a brochure of doors with a note. Rich did call and talk to your husband almost week later and ask him if he made a decision on the doors. He stated that we haven't decided on if you wanted Rich to buy the doors or if you were buying the doors. Rich then said to call him when he was ready. He never received a call back. Rich cannot give a accurate estimate on a job without decision"
"Thank you the member for your nice report. It was a pleasure working for you. Thanks again, Rich The Handyman"
