Keith knew the squirrels were an urgent concern, so he immediately cleared out the nest and repaired the fascia. He scheduled the painting later, due to prior obligations to other customers and the need to wait for weather suitable for painting. The results: Beautiful! The painting was neat and crisp. Keith & Rich were punctual, friendly & very careful to avoid getting paint on sidewalks & evergreens.

"Thank you for the very nice report. It's been a pleasure working for you. You and your husband were very nice to work for and it was very easy to communicate with you both. Thanks again!"

We received poor customer service from Rich the Handyman.  He was prompt for the appointment, and was very cheerful and talkative as he took the door measurements. He then stopped by one day, before we got home. He left a handwritten note with our daughter, which included brochures for door selections (nice doors, but very expensive looking). The note indicated he could  not provide us a quote until we selected the type of doors we wanted. He left no phone number or signature on the note. (This didn't make much sense to us, especially since the first quote we received did not require door selection; it was recommended, however that we purchase doors from Menard's.)

While we did have the phone number we used to contact Rich the Handyman initially, we chose not to follow up with him, considering how unprofessional we felt the handwritten note was, and the fact he did not put his phone number on it. About 2 weeks later, he called and we explained how we didn't understand why we need to select doors first. He said he must has misunderstood, and that he would get us a quote for installation. That was about 2-3 weeks ago and we still have not heard back from him. Guess he really didn't want our business after all.

"Member, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but we like to get all the information from our customers so we can provide the best estimate as possible. On orginal date of our estimate Rich came out to look at your work with you husband. Rich asked him in which kind of doors he had in mind. He did not know what he wanted at that time and gave him his business card. Rich came back on a second time to drop off a brochure of doors with a note. Rich did call and talk to your husband almost week later and ask him if he made a decision on the doors. He stated that we haven't decided on if you wanted Rich to buy the doors or if you were buying the doors. Rich then said to call him when he was ready. He never received a call back. Rich cannot give a accurate estimate on a job without decision"

I received a call from Tim who made an appointment to come today.  He called in the morning and said he was running a little early and could come sooner than planned if I  liked.  I told him to come ahead.  He took the mailbox out of the boxes, laid them out on the ground and figured out how it fit to gether.  Then he removed the old mailbox and installed the new one.  It is an in ground type so he had to make sure it was secure.  Over all a great job.

The handyman from Rich The Handyman Service, Inc. was very courteous.  He was very prompt.  They are a father and a son team.  They did a very good job.  They cleaned up after wards.  I was very happy with them.  Their price was very reasonable.  I would definitely recommend them.  I would use them again in the future if required.

They were prompt and on-time. You could count on them. Sometimes the driveway was not completely cleared, but they did do the job and overall, it was a good experience. I am pleased with the services.
