Scott is a wonderful person. At first he thought it would cost more, but as he inspected the area more carefully he was able to do the project for much less.

Scott and his crew professional and efficient. They arrived each day by 7:15 ready to work Moved all the heavy furniture and helped put it back. Also put glides in all of the furniture. Virtually dust free and did not have to get a hotel room during the 2 day process. I received 2 other quotes and they were 25 percent less than the other companies. They use Bona Products, water based therefore allowing us to walk on it in our socks within 2 hours. We had 850 square feet done for less than $3000.00. Would definitely use them again.

Scott came out to review the space and provide a quote for sanding and staining our first floor. The cost was less than others had quoted. The team did a great job and the floor looks amazing. I was a bit underwhelmed with the communication before the job started. I called the night before the job was scheduled and Scott seemed caught off guard and I had to remind him who I was. He had issues with his phone which resulted in scheduling problems, so our work got pushed back 2 days. The team that did the work provided 3 samples, but only 1 was in the list of 5 I originally sent Scott. Thankfully, that 1 had actually been my top choice. Despite the communication snag, it was a generally positive experience

When they said "dustless," they meant it. There was no dust in the house, they finished in just a few hours (granted, the floor is small), and it looks beautiful!

They were on time and did a great job

The team that came did a fair job. As promised it was a clean sanding job But they had trouble trying to match the the existing floor in the hall. The owner has come back many times to work on the color of the floor and he has assured me he will get the job done right

The sanding of two bedrooms and a hall were done without any dust except a few places along the edge of the hall floor. The sanding is very even and looks good. The color of the triple coating is fairly close to two bedrooms that were not sanded. Several small repairs were done as part of the preparation for sanding.

I am very unhappy with the overall customer service of Scott. While our floors looked good after they were stained, they missed a spot and left all of their trash at our house for us to drag to the curb ourselves. I called Scott to come out and fix it and he was late so I called to confirm if he was still coming. He had the audacity to ask if he could come even later so he could go to the bank on his way to my house. He finally showed up 45 minutes after our original appointment to fix the missed spot. He pulls out wood scratch markers and starts coloring in the spot instead of using the actual stain. The color didn't match at all and he asked if i had a MAGIC MARKER so he could color it in with that instead and then proceeded to insult me when I said I didn't have any. Why would I use washable marker on my brand new floor. He said he would have to come back to fix it and I simply cancelled the follow up appointment. I can color my floor in with a marker myself if that is what I wanted. I wouldnt have been as upset if it had been in a closet but it is right in our living room and very evident. I commented to Scott that they left all their trash of sawdust, bags of trash, and replaced floor trim to which he looked at me like it was okay to leave it at my house. I have never had a home service completed where the company did not include disposal of their waste in the overall service package. Overall the customer service was poor and I will not be using his services again.

The crew was courteous, professional, advised me step by step what they were doing, asked if I liked the stain they used, etcetera.

They did a very good job. There was no dust at all!

The team did an excellent job - the floors are beautiful - and we were amazed at how little dust there was. They took extra time to carefully remove doors, repositioned furniture, and took great care in dealing with the sawdust wastes. And they actually finished the project ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone considering having their floors redone.

I was concerned the floor would not regain its original, natural wood beauty. Already had one reputable floor service claim they could do the job - but failed horribly. Scott knowledgeably pointed out the challenges of the job but exuded confidence his team could fix what needed fixing. I can't be more pleased with the outstanding job. My husband and I have already recommended Dust Free Wood Flooring to three acquaintances -- and it has been less than 24 hours since the job was complete! Thank you, Scott and your crew!

Very pleased overall. Friendly efficient service. The quality of work was great. Very little , if any dust issues. Fair price. They're quick to address any issues and seem genuinely concerned with doing a good job. Highly recommend this company.

Did an excellent job! Came on time!

I can honestly say I've never worked with a better contractor. Owner Scott is professional, friendly, and helpful. He would check in with us everyday by stopping in, and if we weren't there, he'd call us to make sure everything was going alright from our perspective. He even pumped up my car tire for me on the last morning of the job! That's the kind of upstanding guy he is. Marty was the person who actually refinished our floors and he was so dedicated, he spent time making sure every edge and detail was done right, repaired mistakes our last contractor made, and was super friendly! The floors look phenomenal. A+! Would definitely recommend!

The floor had to be re-done. The inconvenience to move all the furniture again was disruptive. The offer to re-do the floor was appreciated however should have been done right the first time. The wood had sanding marks and did not look smooth. I was disappointed with this project.

Scott and his team did a great job. There work was of excellent quality and the price was good also. I believe they did the best job and were close to the lowest price. I would strongly recommend Absolute Dust Free Flooring if you want an excellent job at a more than resonable price.

The contractor was very good, very courteous. I have some concern with some dust residue left over as I thought it would be completely dust free. I think they had a duster break down but not a big deal.
