I have been going to bill for 20 years. He is the most honest repair facility I know. Recently when I had my car in for routine maintenance he advised me my 1998 Honda was going to need major repairs and was probably not worth doing as it would cost more than the car was worth. He advised me to look for a new car.

As always Bill and his team did a great job.  I have taken my car here for 15 years.  At my last visit they informed me that due to the age of my car I would be facing some substantial repair bills (more than the car is now worth).  They suggested I look for a new car before winter sets in.  HOW MANY REPAIR SHOPS WOULD BE SO HONEST?  I had no idea these problems were coming and they could have gotten the repair business from me however as ALWAYS BILL AND HIS TEAM WERE PUTTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST.  I WILL BE SURE TO BRING MY NEW CAR TO THEM FOR ALL IT'S NEEDS.

They are only half way through to check as to what the squeak is because the last time somebody put the brake pads in there, they were not the factory ones and so they make a little amount of squeak but nothing to be concerned about. I have used them for many years. I recommend them to everybody that I know as they are the best mechanics that I have ever gone to even in terms of their pricing. Mr. Bill Sturm is the owner of the company. Their integrity stands out to me. They don't sell you any extra services but only try to sell you what you need. They are very helpful. They know about cars more than anybody else that I have ever met. On many occasions, I have taken my car there thinking that there is some issue but they would verify that there isn't any issue, which is very rare to find. I have had bad experiences in the past with other auto mechanics but not everybody is like that. They are very personable. They would talk you through the whole process like what exactly your options are and how much it would cost you beforehand. I had my boss bring his van there a month ago. It had bad transmissions and needed some other services. They recommended that the amount of service that it needed would cost more than the car itself and hence, they did not do the servicing. They work on all the domestics on my sister's Audi as they have all the equipments to work on the cars. I don't know a whole lot about cars and so, I appreciate them very much.
