John arrived on time, explained various options, and solved the issues. He repaired the floor correctly and solved various items. He even let me choose floor covering, I chose the less smelly one because I live there and don't want the odor to bother me.

This was difficult work and John Big did an excellent job. We needed someone who could replace specific floor boards that had been damaged and/or ruined by water damage. This required John to match the existing floors, which were the original hardwood floors from the 1920s, had already been refinished, and could not be sanded down any further. The work that John did was so seamless that when he was done hand staining and varnishing the floors, you virtually could not tell where the work had been done.
