JC Licht

I can't say enough about the knowledge, expertise and customer service of the staff at J.C. Licht of Morton Grove.  Margie Venetico is the lead sales associate in Licht's Home Fashions department.  Margie has advised me on window treatments for my home's bathroom, powder room and office as well as wallpaper for the powder room.  I couldn't be happier with my decisions, enabled by her thorough knowledge of product options and expert advice pertinent to what I wanted to specifically accomplish in these rooms.  She goes the extra mile to provide all the relevant information.  Her smarts about design considerations have given me the kind of context that I would never have from my own minimal exposure to these project areas.  And she does this without my feeling one bit overwhelmed with what there is to think about.  She is amazing that way and I could not be more happy with all the results that I am now living with on all the projects she has helped me with!  Additionally, Licht's of Morton Grove employs a fantastic window treatment installation contractor, Tony, and the communication between Tony and Margie never misses a beat when it comes to meeting customers' needs.  Trini is the location's manager and is thoroughly expert on Benjamin Moore paints, every other kind of paint and everything else you would find at a paint store!  Trini has worked with me so many times on custom colors, tweaking and suggesting to ensure I come up with the perfect color to evaluate.  He knows everything about colorants' properties relative to one another and he never fails to be patient and understanding when I split hairs.  Jeff and Red have both helped me on numerous occasions, as well, whipping up cans of paint and undertaking color matching when I have needed it.  They know all the products in the store thoroughly and I have tried new products - advances in paint and primer - that I wouldn't have without the confidence inspired by their knowledge.  Bottom line: J.C. Licht's in Morton Grove = top shelf, no dust!!!
