Marek quickly understood what we needed and gave us an estimate the next day. Marek helped us find suppliers for the custom window and screen door. We supplied all the materials needed and Marek helped to deliver some of the larger items to the condo. We live out of town and he accommodated our schedule. He showed up with his crew on time and finished the job in the time he estimated (3 days). Some parts were missing and he returned a week later to finish the job. During the entire time, Marek and his crew were prompt and professional. They were very easy to work with and very nice to be around while they did the work. The results were just what we wanted and look great.

It went very well. They arrived on time, followed our Condo Board Rules, cleaned up at the end of the day so we could relax at night. They removed trash each day and we were amazed at how stress free this major overhaul was for us. Mark, the Owner, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
They have since installed floors in two other condos in our building!

We've used Marek and his team for several projects including finishing our basement, replacing kitchen tile with hardwood, and installing custom cabinets in our dining room. We were referred to HiTec from our realtor when we bought our house to install a few shelves, but we soon realized they were more than just a handy man service. After we moved in, we found out that we had a leak in our bathrooms. Marek took the time to inspect the problem before quoting and saved us nearly $15,000. Hands down, best contractor we've used to date...it's hard to find someone you can trust, but HiTec has been great and really helped transform our house.
