About us

I am a Handyman service with no full-time employees. When projects are too large for one person I am able to hire qualified temporary help. I also have a pool of trusted contractors in other trades who assist me with my customer's needs. Billing is simple. If the original material cost is over $100.00 or there involves a special order, a deposit is required. I give free estimates and accept checks or cash.

Eric arrived exactly on time, had the proper ladder for the job, and replaced the light bulbs and cleaned the fixture. He did a great job, and the fixture is now bright and shiny. Eric was only here for about 20 minutes.

We had been searching for a local handyman we could hire to do basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general repair work to our 65-year old home, and we're so glad we found Eric.  It's great that he can perform so many kinds of projects so well.  He's good about calling and arriving on time.  He listens to what our ideas are, then can make suggestions that fit into our time schedule and budget..  His prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of his work.  We couldn't recommend anyone more highly.

We used HandyMan Services for updates in preparation for our municipal/village home inspection related to the sale of our home. Eric installed 2 stair railings and made several adjustments to the electrical service, including replacing outdated outlets and remedying some polarity issues on existing outlets. He provided great service at a reason price. We were very pleased and recommend his services.

Eric and his nephew came out and spent about 4.5 hours removing the old, decrepit insulation on our sweating pipes and replaced it with new stuff.  Did a great job, including the large pipes running off the water pump (has reduced the vibration sound coming from them--a big side benefit).  Very hard to find a competent person willing to do this kind of work.  Would strongly recommend.

Eric  did the following:   Rreplaced a motor on a ceilinng fan.  Cleaned an area of the basement where construction had been done.  Put in a new faceboard below the dishwasher.   Set up a new tv.   Took two clocks to be repaired at a shop.  Worked on the front door closure.  And other items.
