Great. Kevin was very quick to return phone calls (don't email him, the phone is quicker). He was always upfront and honest and professional. Kevin allowed me to rip out the carpet myself and that saved me quite a bit of money. The only thing I was disappointed with was that I ripped out the carpeting in one of my bedrooms and underneath it was old vinyl tile that was stuck to the wood and Kevin didn't think it was salvageable (or at least worth it.) I would have saved the carpet had I known that he would possibly not be able to do that room. We are happy to re-carpet it though and it will still be pretty reasonable. The floors that they did do look great. When they were finished I had already paid Kevin in full when I realized that there was one thresh-hold missing. He drove back out that night to fix it. I would recommend them definitely, especially for a standard oak-based refinish job or a new install job.
