Great. Cesar fit me in the day after I called and was very thorough. Problem was the thermal fuse. He disassembled the dryer and vacuumed out all the accumulated dust and reassembled the dryer tested it and left in an hour. I appreciated his honesty about the problem and the way he bills. The initial charge for the service call is credited to the work unless the customer chooses not to have the work done after it is quoted.

The staff accurately diagnosed the problem, give a reasonable price. And did a great job. For diagnosis part, they use special equipment and spend 1 hour, which build up the trust. Though I give a B on the punctuality, it is understandable give the traffic at rush hour. Overall, they are very professional, and provide high quality service. I would use them again, and would recommend to others. We had another company, AAA Appliance Service Center, came in before we hired Elite. Obviously, the AAA did a wrong diagnosis and charge for an outrageous price. Never go to AAA!
