They did a good job. They were very reasonable, punctual. They took care of my house and clean up everything for themselves. They were responsive when we found out the problems.

We are very happy with the results. We had this work performed 8 months ago, and it still looks fantastic. There are spots where you can see the nail holes from where the carpeting was nailed down; we were told upfront that he wouldn't be able to remove those spots. (I believe a darker stain would hide those, but we went natural - no stain.) They did a great job repairing the big cable TV wire holes - totally unnoticeable. They damaged our wall (very minor) in one spot and compensated us for the damages, so we were happy with how they handled that. His price was excellent. We found others who were cheaper, but also found companies that charged 2x and 4x as much. We are very pleased with the result and the service we got throughout. Sabin was easy to work with and fairly responsive to our calls, returning them within about a day. When the crew was running late, they called to let us know which we appreciated.
