Description of Work: They stored my furs for me.

Description of Work: On January 17, 2009 at 4:30 p.m., I signed a purchase order for a fur jacket that had to be made since they didn t have my size in the store. They did not tell me that all sales were final, there were no signs posted to that effect to my best recollection, nor do I remember the purchase order I signed being stamped All Sales Final although my copy (which was given to me folded up in an envelope) is hand stamped with that information. Five minutes after I left, I realized that I had acted precipitously, and I immediately called to tell them that I no longer wanted to proceed with the coat. The saleswoman told me that they had stopped the order. When I went back the next morning to get a refund, I was told that all sales were final and that they would only give me a store credit. (That is when I saw the stamp on my copy of the purchase order.) We then contacted the credit card company, the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Fraud Division of the Attorney General s Office, and finally Angie s List. On April 13, 2009, after hours and hours of effort by both my husband and I and these several organizations, I received a refund check in the mail.
