ABC STORK ETC LAWN SIGN RNTL

I ordered lawn signs for 12/19/12 for my mother's retirement. I am extremely disappointed in their services and feel that I was completely overcharged and was disappointed on 3 different occasions with your services. Your website states the signs will be up all day and night leading one to believe this is a 24 hour rental. My lawn display was up for less than 18 hours. When my order was placed I asked for the signs to be delivered between 7-9 a.m. and the signs were not delivered until 10 a.m. I spoke with the lady putting up the display and she apologized and stated that she would leave the display up for a couple of extra hours the next day due to the delay. When I woke up this a.m. the signs were already gone which means they were removed before 4 a.m. The price of $100 is absolutely ridiculous and misleading as to this rental was not 24 hours. I do feel that I should not have to pay full price since the rental was taken down early. Lastly, when the sign was ordered I was asked if Chris was a female or male which I promptly responded that Chris is a female. I was then told magenta lettering would be used on the sign instead of blue which I agreed upon. Again, unfortunately I was misled and the lettering was in blue. I sent this exact complaint via email to the company and was never contacted in regards to my complaints.
