Auto Service
We had trouble starting the Ranger. It turned out the cap was full of microscopic cracks and the Control Module was no longer working correctly. My husband changed out the cap and rotor. After an unsuccessful attempt install the new Control Module,we decided to take it over to Alan's(Blasdell). It took him awhile to get it done because the distributor is at the very back of the engine up under the hinge-side of the hood. This leaves no room to get in there to see what you are doing. He had to do it by feel and by using a mirror to be able to check if he got the connections and attaching screws tight enough.
