He is the BEST builder! We had very little problems and they were with more with delays in getting some materials that was out of his control. He had ordered everything needed early and it all should have arrived earlier than needed but sometimes one cannot control factory hiccups.
We knew at the beginning almost to the penny of what our costs would be but as most home builders we did some change orders. He reviewed everything we wanted changed to make sure it was what we wanted and advised us of how it would affect our budget. He even picked up materials personally if that was what was needed so there were no delays.
Not only was he a great builder but he is also  soft spoken, a good listener and very good at explaining construction details so the lay person can understand them.
We would highly recommend him to anyone!
