Description of Work: I was having trouble with my sewing machine. I emailed and asked which location to bring it in for service and received a very speedy reply. I brought it in for service and the woman working listened to my issue and then looked at the machine I have, trying to reproduce the problem. My machine is not a very expensive machine, but it is fairly new and hasn't been used much. The woman worked on the machine, moving pieces and settings, trying to get the machine to act up because she stated that depending on the problem, she'd hate to have me pay a service fee if the machine was not repairable or if the costs would exceed the value of the machine. After playing around with it and then threading the machine, she sewed on a piece of fabric for a few minutes, still unable to reproduce the problem. She did say that some of these machines have poorly placed pieces that cause the thread to be threaded improperly or to come out of certain spots, thus causing the bobbin to have problems, which is the area our machine was acting up. She then proceeded to remove the thread from one part of the machine that she suspected and the bobbin problem occurred. Now, I don't know if we'll no longer continue to have that problem if we're careful to watch this area to be sure that the thread is threaded correctly and hasn't fallen off, but it was much better to have that advice given and not pay anything than to have paid a service fee and be told that. I will TOTALLY use this company again if I have future sewing machine needs. I love a place that is honest, trustworthy, and not out to take advantage of you and this company totally fits the bill of a positive and honest company. GREAT experience!!!

 + -1 moreThis guy got them both going just right even though I was told they couldn't be repaired by other places. He is a natural with these machines. He is very good and quick. The prices seem very fair.
Description of Work: They repaired a 10-15 year old sewing machine that had problems that places before could never tweak. They also did the dame thing for an over 10 year old embroidery machine.
