Great experience! Freez R Burn came out the same day I called. My ac unit was 20 years old and needed to be replaced, 2 days later I had a new Lennox ac unit. The crew was very professional and I highly recommend this company.

Professional install of furnace and A/C unit. Old units were removed and efficient clean up.

Thorn and his crew are amazing! I called in a panic that our air conditioner stopped working, of course it was a 90 degree week and we were leaving to out of town in 2 days and had animals and a sitter at the house. Thorn got it all done within 2 days! Talk about customer service, this company believes in it and lives it! I will always use this company for all of my HVAC needs, you should too! Great service at an affordable price. Thorn arrived exactly when he said he would and was quick to have parts ordered and my furnace repaired. He was honest on parts and labor costs. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future.
