on friday september 6 a Band B repairman came to our house to look at our whirlpool dishwasher which was not operating. he told us it needed a new heating element. he said he would have the part the next day (which was a saturday) and would return in the morning to make the repairs. today is wednesday september 11, and he has not returned nor has he contacted us in any way.

They do very good work and they're very efficient, polite and very professional! Their prices are reasonable as well.
