"This job was over a year ago..It was a small sidewalk with walls and tree rings built the way she asked for it. .No rush at all. Changes had to be made due to drainage issue from company before us that started the job. We finished it. .I think this is not my review !! We always do a walkthrough and make sure everyone is happy before we get paid,,She told me she loved it !! Confused on this review because we were at this project for 4 1/2 days !!"

Do you want a company that provides excellent customer service? Excellent communication? Excellent time management? Excellent work and design? Excellent value? If you answered YES to any of those questions, then you MUST call Anderson and Sons ASAP to get the patio of your dreams into reality. Marc and his crew, Javier and Leonardo are top notch people. I could not say enough about how much care and time they put into our patio. Marc worked with the design I had in mind, he was up front and honest with the costs and time the job would take. Once the project started, Javier and Leonardo was precise in their work and got the job done in less than 5 days. What we appreciated most was their cleanliness. That really added to the value the team provided. I would hire these guys again no doubt. Thank you!

Called this company for an estimate for a brick patio. Marc actually showed up when he said he would. ( several other companies either didn't call back or didn't show up) His workers were respectful, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. Javier was on the job every day and answered any questions I had. I love my patio! I recommend Anderson & Sons to anyone who wants a professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly company to do lawn care, landscaping or a brick patio.

Anderson and Sons were exceptional. Their quote was in line with others but their warranty was better. I gave them a tight timeline and they finished ahead of schedule even with all the rain delays. The crew was very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves very well. Communication was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for services they offer and am already talking about a second project with them.

I would definitely recommend Anderson & Sons (BLC) to anyone! I knew I wanted a patio but had no idea about what design, color, etc. Marc was amazing at coming up with the design...all my neighbors are jealous! Marc was also super accessible...he came out to my property on a Sunday the first time we met which with my crazy schedule was awesome! Great experience all around! I'm working with Marc to do some other landscaping projects after having such an awesome experience!!

This was the WORST mistake I made.I would never recommend this company to anyone. Communication is terrible.After getting my deposit check, they were unreachable.Three of the four times they said theyd come by, they were no shows.After finally starting the job, these guys WRECKED my lawn.Not only the back, but the front as well.The bobcat they used to dig out the lawn dug out my sod in the front.They then went ahead and left huge rocks in those tracks and filled them in with dirt.Scattered a handful of grass seed over the entire area and said we're done.Not only is the back a wreck, so is the front.The final patio isnt worth repairing my lawn

"THIS WAS NOT OUR REVIEW !!!! IT WAS ANOTHER COMPANY AND WE WENT TO LOOK AT PROBLEM ! After arrival found out it wasn't us. We fixed the problem since we were there since we had the skills to do it. Spent our money to help them and we ended up with review. Mistakes happen i guess. Home advisor cannot remove review upon several complaints we filed !!!! This customers job when we did the work was done 2 weeks before due date."

His crew did not do the job to our specifications. It does not look right. Marc himself is a very courteous and knowledgable man. It was his crew that we were not happy with.

"This customer asked to have this done to Texas paver standards. In Illinois we could not do the same due to frost conditions. Sorry ,,,we will not build anything that will not last. We are not in the business of doing work that will fail. Customer was explained this situation and tried to have workers do job different after i left site. How can you be upset when someone only wants to your project to last and not fail. I would have walked away from this if we build it the way they wanted and explained this to them.They agreed but thought they could get my crew to change it."

This crew was so personable, flexible and actually listened to what we wanted to have as our finished product. The owner provided his professional opinions when our own ideas were not ideal for our location, and guided us through the difficult decisions all along the way. The team that designed our patio arrived early every morning, worked hard and were always available to answer our questions or make adjustments as requested. The entire crew was respectful and professional. Branstin Lawn Care will be highly recommended by us to everyone. We are so pleased with the excellent service and commitment to a job well-done.

Branstin Lawn Care was very prompt and timely on coming out to look at our patio which had sunken due to a sprinkler problem. I had taken some pavers out to fix the water leak and Marc put them all back in after he inspected the patio. My wife and I decided to hold off on this project until springtime. Thanks Marc, for your timely response.
