"My "first impressions" of George Bankston (owner of Advanced Clean) were postive from the beginning. He was pleasant and easy to speak with on the phone. Was prepared and had schedule availability to me in in moments. Was accommodating to my requests to my availability. I work long hours and was difficult to be there on a certain day of the week.

Before he arrived, he gave me a courtesy call letting me know he was near my home to begin job. (He was on time). When he arrived, he was with his partner and son. Both were professional in appearance and treatment. They explained to me in detail what the process would involve and were great at answering any further questions I had.

The equipment they used were clean, modern and well maintained. Which put me at ease. They even scraped my walls with the machine and I had to touch up with paint. But George and his son were careful and great with their machines.
