The Flooring Guys of Illinois

This is the 2nd project I had Brian and his team do in my home! 1st was new flooring in my 1st floor (laminate) and then new vinyl in my 2 bathrooms upstairs! They are a great company to work with and will definitely hire them when itâ s finally time to finish with new flooring and install new carpet!

They strive on customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend there organization and will say that from previous carpet installers this company was fair in price and exceptional in customer service in keeping the customer informed. I had one issue with the carpet and that was thanks to my kids not telling us they spilled the dreaded red kool-aide. The owner(Brian) came out and repaired the areas himself within a day and charged a small fee, which he did try to avoid me paying by using the warranty on the carpet. But to to time constraints and family party on the calendar, this was not an option.

Brian was very accommodating to my schedule. I had a meeting at the Bolingbrook Library one evening and he offered to meet me there to show me a carpet sample for my one room job. I was on a tight schedule to get the work done, so we met and I was impressed. Nice guy and hard worker. I would use him again.
