Clean By Designe

The process from the booking phone call to the day of cleaning went very well. During the phone call we received a detailed run down on services/prices. During the day of cleaning the ladies doing the work were very thorough, careful and super friendly with our entire family (including two dogs). We were drawn to Clean by Designe by their use of safer cleaning products. Our daughter has allergies to certain cleaning products. The ladies at Clean by Designe stayed mindful of that fact and took care without any extra costs. We will use them again, for sure.

The job she did was GREAT! I was hardly able to help due to Chronic Back Pain, but Nichole and my husband worked together to get rid of things we no longer had a use for & Organize what we wanted to stay, with me directing on what would stay & what would go. Lol Nichole was Amazing!! Not only did she do a Fabulous job with helping us get rid of A LOT of toys and stuff, but she also cleaned the room & Organized it for us. Then she even took the stuff we were getting rid of & dropped it off at our local Thrift Store. There was like 3 or 4 Contractor bags full of stuff, just from that 1 room! I can't find the pictures right now, but I will look for them, and come back to post them. Nichole isn't just, someone that came to help, Clean & Organize, she is also a Very caring & loving person, and it isn't just something she does for a Job. She Truly enjoys not just cleaning & Organizing, but most of all helping others!! Another great thing about her, she doesn't pressure you to get rid of things, but she will talk to you about, how much do you really need it &/or use it, but sometimes, people need that extra little push, to get rid of stuff that is causing some of the clutter, & she totally cares and understands if you aren't ready to let go of it yet. Trust me, I am 1 of those people that need that extra little push.. I know that this is to talk about the work she did and that, but she does more than just come and do her job, she is a people person and always wants to make sure that she does the job and leaves the home & home owner in a much cleaner and happier place. I will definitely be having her come help me Organize again, she has it in her blood and is great at it!!

Nichole went above and beyond to fit my not so flexible schedule into hers. Not only was she on time but she actually finished much sooner than her estimated time. She got so much done in such a short time. It was a pleasure working with her and learning a few down sizing and de-cluttering skills as well! I will definitely be using her services again on upcoming projects in my home.

She did a good job, especially in the bathrooms. She was responsive when we needed requested a change of her cleaning products due to personal reasons.

Nichole has been amazing. From the initial deep clean to her biweekly visits, my house looks and smells great!
