We adopted a puppy who ended up having surgery on all 4 legs. Six weeks after spending thousands of dollars on surgery and rehab, the vet who did the surgery told us the ten month old puppy would never walk again and we should euthanize him. We left and immediately called Carol at CPR who had been highly recommended even though she was almost an hour and 20 minutes north of us. She saw us immediately and evaluated that she thought there was a chance for him, but gave no promises. Carol is wonderful. We took our puppy to her for therapy for over a year starting with several times a week and finally once a week. It was worth the long trip with a puppy who hated traveling. Even though our puppy never walked again, the therapy helped with his problem along with the home exercises we did with him every day. When we started there, our puppy could not even raise up from a lying position on his own. Carol is so caring and knows her business. She has since opened a swimming pool for dogs for therapy and weight loss. I can't recommend her highly enough.
