ANDERSON BROTHERS HOME IMPROVEMENT

During that process they damaged some siding and promised to replace it when the weather turned warmer, this was 8 months ago. I contacted mark Anderson several times during this period and received nothing but a run around. He gave me his word last week that the siding would be replaced on either Wednesday or Thursday this week and he hasn't.

During that process Anderson Brothers damaged some of my siding. I was told by Mark Anderson that he would replace the damaged siding once the weather turned warmer. After several calls, all unanswered, I contacted the windows company who in turn contacted Mark Anderson, I received a call from Mark 20 minutes later telling me that while I was on vacation he'd replace the damaged siding. He never did! I tried calling Mark again and again no answer and again I contacted the windowcompany and once again twenty minutes later Mark called me and told me that he gets his siding from Texas and because of Hurricane Ike his supplier was behind. I told him that I expected the siding to be replaced before the weather turned cold and he assured me it would be. I've tried to contact him twice this past week and again no return call, I'll have to call the window company again to see what happens. Mark Anderson has been playing me for a fool for the past eight months and all I expect is for him to replace what he damaged. I would never recommend Anderson Brothers to anyone for any kind of home improvement job.
