Robert wad very responsive to our needs. He spent plenty of time explaining the product and process. He and his crew were very professional and friendly. Fence looks beautiful and does the job. Would definitely hire them again.

I would NOT recommend using the Fence Guys for fence installation or any other possible installation they may do.  They are NOT a good, honest and reputable company that stands by their word or warranty.  Their installation work is terrible, within a few years your fence posts will heave out of the ground.  I was told if I kept the sign on my fence (they want the advertisement) I would have lifetime warranty on the installation.  Well, I have been calling them for the past 6 years and have not received ONE phone call back!  The fence has turned into a safety issue.  The fence was leaning really bad and the post have heaved out of the ground so far that the bottom of the privacy fence is 8-1/2 inches from the ground.  I had to hire another fence company to fix The Fence Guys work.  I am now at a loss of $1,837.00 for repair and still continue to call and leave messages with The Fence Guys for compensation.  
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and if you go to the BBB website you will find similar complaints from other customers  complaining that they will not return their phone calls and not stand by their warranty.
Save yourself a lot of problems, headache and wasted money, go with another fence company.

The overall experience with this company was terrible. I was promised my fence by a certain date, I had to keep calling them for the install, They kept putting me off, they never got their permit and I was going to be fined by the township for them not getting it. They finally sent someone to install the fence posts and didn't do a very good job. The quality of the fence was bad. The brown on my fence is now faded out to back in a lot of sections. the poles were scratched up. It took them a lot longer to finish the install, one excuse after another. They were very hard to get a hold of, never showed up when they said they would.  I did end up turning them into the BBB twice for their lack of professionalism and quality of work. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they take  your money, and don't provide good quality work.

The "Fence Guys" had been used throughout our new subdivision and were recommended by a neighbor.  We had also heard they were local and as a family we always look to support local businesses. We set up an appointment. and found their prices to be very reasonable. Work was done and fence looked great.
We were told that everything would be under warranty as long as we left their sign on our fence for one year.  That winter multiple heaves began to occur around the permitter. Some of these were as high as 6 inches with the cement actually coming up in large broken chunks from the ground.
We called the company, who was always VERY prompt pre-sale again and again and again.  They would never get back to us. I do not exaggerate when I say we must have called them 50 times. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would plaster an "Avoid at all cost!" ribbon to them if Angie provided one.

Unfortunately the experience we had as a customer of the The Fence Guys, Inc., in particular Chris, was atrocious.  I want to be clear; my problem with The Fence Guys, Inc. is not a reflection of Dean and his crew as he was the most professional representative of the organization

11/1/2010 ? We signed the contract and paid the deposit.  Chris informed us our fence will be installed in 2-3 weeks and for sure before we had any winter weather. 
11/22/2010 ? We had not heard any status on the installation date, we left a message at the office along with Chris? cell inquiring on status and phone calls were never returned
11/29/2010 ? We still have not heard any status.  Again we left a message at the office and Chris? cell inquiring on status, phone calls were never returned. 
11/30/2010 ? We still have not heard any status.  Called and left 2 messages at the office, phone calls were never returned.
12/1/2010 ? Called Chris on his cell phone and by chance he actually answered.  He informed us that we have ?fallen through the cracks? and he never had a chance to call us back.  He said our material would be in by Tuesday December 7th and it would be installed by week?s end 12/10 and at the latest 12/17.
12/7/2010 ? Attempted to reach Chris on his cell, he didn?t answer and we didn?t leave a message. 
12/8/2010 ? Left Chris a message on his cell inquiring on status of the material.  Phone call was not returned.  
12/10/2010 ? We received a message from Chris letting us know our material was in, however now the weather will not allow for installation; we will need to wait until spring. 
3/4/2011 ? Called Chris as the weather has turned finding out when our installation is scheduled.  Chris informed us we should be notified shortly and hoping for installation the following week. 
3/6/2011 ? Dean called and informed us he will be out on Monday and Tuesday (3/7 ? 3/8) to install the fence. 
3/7/2011 ? Dean was out and dug all the holes and dropped the material in the yard.  We needed to change the plans on the installation due to rules with the electrical boxes in the yard that was explained to Chris at the time of the contract signing and ignored. 
3/8/2011 ? Dean called and explained he had 2 blow outs on his trailer on his way and he should be back out by Friday 3/11/2011.
3/11/2011 ? No one showed to complete the fence.  We called Dean and left a message.  Called Chris and left a message stating my displeasure of the lack of communication and the fact that I had taken the day off so that I would be home for the completion of the fence.  Never heard back from Chris, Dean called and apologized a few hours later.  Dean explained that Chris was supposed to call as he was trying to get another crew to help.  
3/14/2011 ? Called Dean and asked for him to contact us with the installation, as Chris could not be trusted.  Dean confirmed he would be out Wednesday 3/16/2011 to finish the installation.
3/16/2011 ? Fence was completed.  Called and talked to Chris letting him know the fence was complete and we paid Dean the amount that he was to be paid for the installation and the remainder would be paid in 10 days per the contract.  Informed Chris of the dissatisfaction of the service provided by him.

Did the job very well, and very fast. Had a supervisor and two younger guys working, one was a smoker, didn't appreciate that much because... He was smoking and throwing the butts in my backyard on the ground, this is not a big backyard, and he was actually dropping them around the swingset. Had to tell him not to, that we have little kids and dogs, and the dogs will eat things like that. He did stop at that time. Also make sure you negotiate in the contract about removing the soil that is dug up, or you will be left with that to remove yourself or add that on when you realize about it. Only two days to finish the job, very very fast, great fence, holds up well in the wind. I would recommend a darker color, not the white, very h****** the eyes when the sun it out, really.

The thing that stands out to me about this company was that we gave the deposit in June and that they would be able to install the fence in about six weeks. The fence did not actually get installed until the end of September. They never called us to let us no that they were pushing the dates back and it was up to us to keep calling to see what was going on. The actual installation went pretty well but they ended up hitting the gas line that my husband made sure that they were aware of. We are happy with the way the finished product looks but just a bit disappointed at how long the project ended up taking.
