We ordered all the items we needed for the bathrooms from a home improvement store. He picked them up for us and did the entire job, mostly alone. He did work on other projects for other people in this time period as well. He cleaned up well after himself every night and tried to keep out of our way. We trust him enough to give him the key and code to the house. There were a few times that he wasn't here when he said he would be and I had to call and track him down. That is why I decided to give him a key since I trusted him at that point. I don't recall the price of all the work, but it was very reasonable.
