He put up the framing and trusses for the new second floor and roof. However, our house had no roof on it for 41 days. We had a huge rainstorm in August, at a time when the roof was only covered by a tarp, and had rain come all the way through to the first floor, ruining the electrical fixtures and plaster. Michael Sharp gave a false policy number to the county, so his insurance wasn't valid. They put the roof trusses up, but we had to find someone else to do the paper and shingles, because he never really came back to finish the work. We paid him materials that he was going to use to complete the project. Now we have to go and purchase all of the materials, because he never did buy the products that were needed, such as siding, fascia, soffits, and extra wood. We also have to pay someone else to correct the work that he had done, because the areas that had been roughed in for the windows are the wrong size, and he put up the wrong size of fascia. He avoided our calls and emails, and when he did answer them, he had innumerable excuses about why he couldn't be here.
Description of Work: We hired him manage a second story addition on our home.
